How many messages can I receive?
There is no limit as to the number of messages (calls) that you can receive. However, each BayLink service does limit the number of messages that can be kept in the message box. Regular housekeeping (message deletion) eliminates this problem. Please refer to individual service descriptions for specifics. What is the notification feature and how does it work?
When a new message (voice of fax) is left your new message box, the BayLink system can alert you to this event. This feature minimizes the need for you to call in and check for new messages. BayLink provides 3 different notification options
-Voice all to another telephone number
-Email (with or without audio WAV attachment)

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no contract to sign. All BayLink services are prepaid. You select the prepayment period that best meets your needs for the service you have selected. At renewal time you can select any prepayment period. If you wish to cancel prior to the end of the prepayment period, a refund will be calculated based on your months of use and the monthly rate for the selected service. return to top

Can I transfer my existing landline or cell phone number to BayLink?
Yes! A one time service fee of $50 will be charged for transferring numbers into BayLink. Please contact BayLink Customer Service for more information. return to top
Can I use BayLink voicemail with my existing home or business telephone line?
Yes! Virtually all phone lines in this country are capable of forwarding calls to another number including a BayLink voicemail number. You will have to ensure that this feature is enabled by your local telephone company. Your local phone company may charge you extra fees for this feature. return to top
