Our History
BayLink Voicemail has been in business since 1994, providing voicemail, fax and related services to customers in Northern California. Over that time, there have been many advances in these technologies and BayLink constantly made investments to ensure it provides a robust set of services that meet our customer needs. Today, BayLink provides service in all area codes within the state of California, and selected locations in Nevada.
Our Personnel
Rick Favro, CEO of BayLink, is a long time Bay Area resident with an extensive background in telecommunications and voice mail systems. Rick's focus is to ensure that BayLink provides customers with an easy-to-use, dependable 24 hour a day voicemail services. Rick understands the importance of customer service and really enjoys talking with clients every day.
